PUPS AND PUNKZ

Shane’s family says he was practically born with a leash in his hands. He’s wanted to work with dogs all his life and his approach is positive and caring with ultimate attention paid to the dog. He started his first dog walking business when he was 9-years-old and has been working professionally with dogs ever since: from his own dog walking services to premier doggie daycare facilities. 

He is an animal lover all around and has a Swedish Vallhund named Bjørn who he loves spending sleepy Saturdays with. He likes working with people who are also animal lovers, care about people and the environment.

Chandler (RIP 11/19/2020) was a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Yes she is in fact named after Chandler Bing from friends.

Bjørn is a Swedish Vallhund. Bjørn translates to bear.

Blackbear is our foster fail domestic shorthaired cat. Her namesake is a musician/singer songwriter.

Milk is the newest foster fail domestic shorthaired cat. She was a singleton kitten who was paired with two others from another litter. The trio together were Oat, Milk & Coffee.

Chandler was a corgi like no other. She is full of spunk, adventure and attitude. She always make sure that we only provide the best for our pack. She enjoys snack time, nap time and adventure time. Catch her having fun with all her friends each year at SoCal Corgi Beach Day!

Blackbear is a very special cat. She was found when she was about 3 weeks old. Fostered by our founder Shane. Bottle fed with KMR and Raw Goats milk. She was weened directly onto raw food. She has been a character since she was a young bean. Raised around dogs from 4 lbs to nearly 200 lbs she knows how to work the pup system. The dogs know she’s the boss but she is a benevolent boss. She enjoys her play times, snack time and outside time. Catch her browsing the local pet stores!

Bjørn’s soul was definitely sent to us from Chandler. Bjørn joined the family in 2021 and has been the perfect addition ever since coming home. She loves motorcycle rides, playing with her friends and family. Though she does have a licking addiction that she doesn’t want to kick. She continues the work that Chandler left behind, she works to ensure that we only provide the absolute best to every client that we have the pleasure of serving.

Milk came to us a flea infested bottle baby. She didn’t let this start on life be the defining moment in her life. She was a strong baby that persevered. Initially she was a foster to be found a permanent home. However Bjørn had other ideas, she claimed Milk as her cat. Milk is more of a dog’s cat than a people’s cat, but that makes her random cuddles all the more special. She found her permanent home here with the Punkz Pack.
